Soccorra Smith Admin Support/Student Registrar Soccorra Smith is our student Registrar. She is our eCASAS administer/ and student registrar. She has 5 years of experience in administrative and hands on phlebotomy. She understands what it means to be a student in a trade and gives our students insight as they move through the process.
Garret Cordell BSN RN Director of Nurse Education Garrett Cordell hold his Licensure in the District of Columbia Registered Nurse #RN66372 and State of Maryland – Compact License Registered Nurse #R137573. He has more than 10 years of experience teaching and leading nurses in his career field. He has acted as a Nursing Manager in his career. His obtain his education from Education from CHAMBERLAIN COLLEGE OF NURSING receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Suma Cum Laude 2014 and he went to Prince George’s Community College receiving his associate degree in Nursing, 1997. He has a serious passion in educating up and coming nursing students. Garrett Holds some Professional Memberships and Certifications one being especially important to TFCTS the NA TRAIN THE TRAINER CERTIFICATION.
Dr. Pamela Herbert MD Medical Director
Dr Herbert was born in Washington DC and grew up in Los Angeles, California. She attended Yale University receiving a BA in Biology followed by Wake Forest School of Medicine and completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Martin Luther King Hospital in Compton, California. Her career highlights include being Assistant Director for 2 Emergency Departments as well currently being Medical Director of IU Frankfort Emergency Department and EMS Director of Clinton County, Indiana. Dr Herbert has 3 children, Natalie, a graduate of West Point who serves in the US Army, Nathan, a graduate of Belmont University in Theater Arts and Motion Pictures and Noah, a rising Junior at Purdue University who is pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Dr Herbert enjoys scuba diving, traveling and reading.

Nicole BrownCPht, AIT, CMA, CPT Pharmacy Technician Trainer NicoleBrown, CPht, AIT, CMA, CPT is a Certified Pharmacy Technician with over 16 years of experience in the field. Nicole has performed every position of the pharmacy except for the role of a pharmacist. She helped grow the ‘Beds to Meds’ program in a very prominent hospital in the Washington D.C area. Nicole successfully piloted a breast pump program for the ladies with babies that is now operated throughout multiple hospitals of Medstar. Nicole has also collaborated with the chief of nursing to create a hospital wide program ‘Welcome Program’ for new patients. She has extensive experience ranging from Inpatient pharmacy – retail pharmacy- specialty pharmacy. Nicole has certifications in phlebotomy and medical assisting. She has also earned her Associate of Arts/Information Technology. She also serves on the board of ambulatory services and is an active volunteer throughout her community.
